Terms

6 statements about what the account is, what stays yours, and what isn't promised. Privacy covers what is stored.

What the account is
One account, created with Google. It's yours, it isn't transferable, and it can be closed by asking.
What you own
The words you add, the source sentences you save and the sentences you write and say stay yours. They are never added to a shared pool, shown to another user, or published without asking you first.
What Gradus owns
The definitions, examples, questions, grammar material and wrong options are made for this product. They aren't yours to redistribute as a dataset.
What isn't promised
Gradus is built by 1 person, and the roadmap lists what is partial. There's no uptime guarantee, no support window, and no promise that a described feature ships. A paid plan is described on Pricing and can't be bought.
What ends an account
Automated bulk use, attempts to extract the content, and use that costs more in model grading than an account can reasonably use. You're told before an account is closed.
When this changes
Changes are dated on this page and listed on the roadmap, which is also the changelog.
